 UAE Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. There may be delays in order processing around national / statutory holidays.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Within the UAE, express shipping orders up to 5kg in weight will cost up to AED 20 per product brand.

 

International Shipping

International shipping is now offered to Kuwait, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Egypt, India and Pakistan. Shipping charges and estimated lead times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please note that all prices on the website exclude any taxes or duties outside the UAE. Therefore, if your country of residence charges any import duties or local taxes, then these additional charges are the customer's responsibility to pay at the time of delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at shipping@padelhouseshop.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Our shipping carriers do not support shipping to PO boxes. Therefore, please provide detailed shipping details such as Street Name, Building Name, Villa / Apartment Number, and Phone Number as a minimum.

  • Once the package has been signed for, the product is no longer under Padel House Shop’s liability.
  • Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Padel House Shop is not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance processes.
  • If your order has already been placed, you can no longer edit your order or change your address.
