Returns & Exchanges Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at or you may call/message us thru Whatsapp on +971 56 650 6065. If your return is accepted, the following will apply:

  • If you ordered within the UAE, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A fee of AED 20 for the return shipment will be required to process the return shipping label.
  • If you ordered from outside the UAE, it is the customer's responsibility to arrange to ship the items back to an address in the UAE for which we will communicate to you. All return shipping charges will be the customer's responsibility.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The refund amount will be the value of the products purchased, excluding the shipping charges. Shipping charges paid are non-refundable. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Processing time for refunds typically take 5 business days and refunds are made to the original payment method utilized by the customer.

Additional Information

  1. If you've placed an order with more than 1 item, you can only request a return once all the items from your order have been delivered to you.
  2. Return or exchange of items is only permissible once. 
  3. Any additional items returned that were not included in the approved list of returned items will be sent back to the customer and the shipping cost will be charged to the customer.
  4. All items must be returned in one package.
  5. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached. If in any case where the products have not been returned in their original state, used, etc. then the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges for the return. The customer will not be allowed to choose their means of shipping the products, it will be returned through the shipping company/companies we work with only.
  6. All items don’t have Warranty, all items are quality checked before dispatching, however, if you receive a damaged or faulty item then please contact us immediately at
  7. You will receive an email to confirm that your return or exchange item(s) has been received and will process the refund.
  8. Returns, exchanges and refunds of products purchased online can be done through the processes mentioned above.

Returns made outside of the 7-day timeframe will not be accepted and sent back to you and the shipping cost will be charged to you.
